Start with a referral from your GP or specialist (eg. obstetrician/gynaecologist). GP referrals last 12 months (or “Indefinite” if noted); specialist ones last 3 months.
You can then send the referral through to referrals@warmhealthcollective.com.au.
If I can offer you an appointment, you will be contacted directly by the WARM admin team. You are also welcome to enquire about the progress of your review by contacting WARM on 03 8658 0234 or sending a follow-up email.

Fees for your appointment will vary depending on if it is your first or subsequent appointments, and the length of the appointment. The friendly reception staff at WARM can provide you with a list of my fees. All appointments are Medicare rebatable but gap payments will apply.
Please note: I do not bulk bill.

I usually begin with an initial assessment across three appointments. This gives us time to build a clear, thoughtful understanding of what has brought you in, as well as your psychiatric, medical, and broader life context.
At times, I may recommend additional information gathering, such as blood tests, or (with your consent) speaking with someone close to you who knows you well.
You are always welcome to bring a trusted support person to your appointments, if that feels helpful and comfortable for you.
At the end of this process, I will share my understanding of what is going on and talk through recommendations for an evidence-based treatment plan.
Appointments are typically 50 minutes in length, unless we have arranged something different in advance.

It’s helpful if you’re able to bring a few key items to your first appointment, as this allows us to use our time together more effectively.
Please bring your referral, Medicare or concession cards, a list of any medications you’re taking, and any other information you think might be important such as previous assessment reports by other clinicians.
-
Yes. I generally recommend that the first appointment is held face-to-face, so we have the opportunity to meet in person. After this, many appointments can be conducted via telehealth.
For telehealth sessions, you will receive a secure link via email or SMS. At the time of your appointment, simply click the link and I will meet you there.
If you’re unable to locate the link, you’re very welcome to contact the clinic and we will help you get connected.
Please note - whilst WARM is under construction I am consulting exclusively via telehealth!
-
Please try to log on 5 minutes early to your appointment, to give you plenty of time to sort out technical issues prior to our appointment time. To make the most of your telehealth appointment, it can help to:
Find a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection
Set your device up on a stable surface; headphones can be useful for sound and privacy
Set aside the time where possible to minimise interruptions — though babies and pets are always welcome
Have a glass of water and tissues nearby, just in case
